The original sample is taken from Raulin Rodriguez's 'Amor de Lejos', a bachata classic. I chopped up some of the lead melody lines and created a beat around it with some funky favela vocals.
So far it has been working like a charm in my sets, especially when it comes to the movement of ladies on the dancefloor. In a world which is currently dominated by EDM, this is a track that goes another direction.
With the summer in sight Amor de Lejos is bound to be a good weapon for the festivals.
Hope it can spice up your sets as it has done so far for mine.
